Our clients’ brief called for the bespoke design of a new detached bungalow to replace an existing mid-20th century bungalow on a site within the centre of Denham Village, South Buckinghamshire.
The building was designed to meet the specific spatial requirements of a developing family together with those of a wheelchair user whilst meeting the legal restrictions imposed on the site under a covenant with the Diocese of Oxford.
