For this development our client, the Berkeley Group, briefed Robert Rigby Architects to design a new urban village, offering a range of highly specified one- and two-bedroom apartments in a well-established community, set in landscaped grounds, surrounded by open spaces and an ecological area, just three miles from central Reading.
We used a variety of materials, cladding and styles to make each property look and feel individual and to create an environment that engaged the eye and added character to the village, blending both modern and traditional design elements.
