Church Road
Our brief was for a mixed commercial and residential development on the site of a redundant mid 1960’s office building which was to be demolished.
Robert Rigby Architects was tasked to undertake a feasibility study of the development options, including both new build and the conversion of the existing office building.
The final option was for a new build development of mixed commercial and residential usage, comprised of ground floor retail units and 12 residential apartments above.
Robert Rigby Architects transformed a tired and unimaginative street scene into a modern, attractive addition to the environment that complements surrounding buildings while offering a new living and retail space for the area.
