Local Developers, Beesley Builders appointed Robert Rigby Architects to prepare cost effective proposals for the change of use of a redundant 1960’s concrete structural frame office building on the outskirts of Reading Town Centre into private apartments, each with the benefit of secure undercroft parking.
With the benefit of high floor to ceiling heights and generous open plan floor plates, a development of twelve 1 and 2 bedroom apartments was achieved, within the target budget, all with high spec finishes and fittings and also benefiting with a shared rooftop amenity space giving splendid views over the urban roofscape.
